eTaskMaker Module Updates for July

InterPlan Systems has released the following new and updated eTaskMaker estimating modules:

• Air Coolers (Rev. 6) – (updated) Now includes an option to clean the tubes with the Hydrokinetics sonic cleaning method (you can still choose the traditional high pressure water lancing if preferred).
• Block Valves – Bolted (Rev. 15) – (updated) Now includes tasks for disconnecting electrical heat tracing.
• Block Valves – Welded – (new) Major revision replaces the previous (PF) and (BM) modules.
• Broken Bolts-Studs-Keys Removal (Metal Disintegration Method) (Rev. 1) – (new) Allows for the removal of broken studs, bolts and keys using the metal disintegration method.
• Heat Exchangers – Double Pipe (Rev. 7) – (updated) Now includes an option to clean the tubes with the Hydrokinetics sonic cleaning method (you can still choose the traditional high pressure water lancing if preferred).
• Heat Exchangers – Fixed Tubesheet (Rev. 10) – (updated) Now includes an option to clean the tubes with the Hydrokinetics sonic cleaning method (you can still choose the traditional high pressure water lancing if preferred).
• Heat Exchangers – Floating Head (Rev. 12) – (updated) Now includes an option to clean the tubes with the Hydrokinetics sonic cleaning method (you can still choose the traditional high pressure water lancing if preferred).
• Heat Exchangers – U-Tube (Rev. 15) – (updated) Now includes an option to clean the tubes with the Hydrokinetics sonic cleaning method (you can still choose the traditional high pressure water lancing if preferred). Also now includes tasks for the removal and reinstallation of a fire suppressant system (steam rings).
• Heat Exchangers – Vertical (Rev. 11) – (updated) Now includes an option to clean the tubes with the Hydrokinetics sonic cleaning method (you can still choose the traditional high pressure water lancing if preferred).
• Manway Fabrication – (new) Allows for the shop fabrication of different sized manways, in different metallurgies, as typically used on vessels and tanks (including covers supported with either davits or hinged).
• Piping Demolition (Above Ground) – (new) Allows for the demolition of above ground piping. It provides for piping decontamination, stripping of insulation (calcium silicate or asbestos), heat tracing, removal of hangers and supports, plus installation of caps, flanges, blinds and/or valves.
• Pumps – Centrifugal (Rev. 7) – (updated) Improves the task logic flow and adds definition to heat tracing tasks.
