eTaskMaker Module Updates for January

InterPlan Systems has released the following updated and new eTaskMaker estimating modules:

  • Block Valves – Bolted (Rev. 20) – (updated) Allows for removal and reinstallation of multiple block valves of different sizes.
  • Block Valves – Welded (Rev. 17) – (updated) Incorporates scope for purging or neutralizing/decontaminating the valve prior to removal.
  • Butterfly Valves (Rev. 6) – (updated) Includes scope for purging/decontaminating/neutralizing a line prior to valve removal, and disconnecting/reconnecting heat tracing (steam or electrical).
  • Check Valves (Rev. 2) – (updated) Allows for removal and reinstallation of multiple check valves of different sizes.
  • Heavy Machinery Foundation Repairs (Rev. 1) – (updated) Added an option to erect a shelter and provide heating to bring a foundation up to the minimum temperature required for a successful epoxy grouting operation when attempting to perform repairs during cold weather conditions.
  • Install Conduit & Pull Cable 2in and Higher – (new) Allows for the demolition of existing conduit, the installation of new conduit, and pulling cable 2in. and higher in diameter. Cable diameter is the total diameter of all cables being pulled simultaneously, when more than one cable is being pulled.
  • Install Conduit & Pull Cable Up To 1.5in – (new) Allows for the demolition of existing conduit, the installation of new conduit, and pulling cable up to 1.5in in diameter. Cable diameter is the total diameter of all cables being pulled simultaneously, when more than one cable is being pulled.
  • Tanks (Rev. 10) – (updated) Major update includes improved estimating formulas for cleaning out tanks and choice of either manual cleaning method or automated (entryless) BLABO system cleaning.
  • TSA & TSZ Spray Coating Corrosion Control – (new) Estimates for spray coating with either Aluminum or Zinc to control corrosion. It includes tasks for scaffolding, removal of insulation (calcium silicate or asbestos), sandblasting, degreasing, preheating, and re-insulating with calcium silicate or similar.
