InterPlan Systems has released the following updated eTaskMaker estimating modules:

• Foundations (Rev. 8) – (updated) Updated resource assignments.
• Reactors (Rev. 6) – (updated) Improved scope specifications for including or excluding screening, cleaning, sorting and inspecting of ceramic balls.
• Reactor Catalyst Change (Rev. 4) – (updated) Improved scope specifications for including or excluding screening, cleaning, sorting and inspecting of ceramic balls as well as regenerating catalyst versus replacing with new.
• Tanks (Rev. 5) – (updated) Updated estimating formulas.

Minor ATC Professional Update Available

A new update for ATC Professional is now available from the the client download repository that includes more rigorous data validation during the SAP import procedure.

eTaskMaker Module and Planning Worksheet Updates for March

InterPlan Systems has released the following updated eTaskMaker estimating modules:

• Block Valves – Bolted (Rev. 9) – (updated) Added steps for blinding and minor adjustments to the estimating formulas.
• Pumps – Centrifugal (Rev. 4) – (updated) Added steps for blinding and replacing worn/damaged parts such as the impeller, shaft and bearings.

In addition, we have published 3 new planning worksheets in an updated .ZIP archive.

eTaskMaker Module Editor Update

We have posted a maintenance update for the eTaskMaker Module Editor. The update fixes a few minor bugs in the task logic editor related to deleting resource assignments and tasks.

ATC Professional Update Available

Following last month’s ATC update, a new update for ATC Professional is now available from the the client download repository that includes 2 new enhancements including an expanded Excel file import facility. Full details on the update are available for clients in the ATC Updates (.PDF) document.

eTaskMaker Planning Worksheets

We have published a set of 22 work sheets in Microsoft Word format for use with the eTaskMaker Wizard. The work sheets are a streamlined and refined list of questions for gathering the necessary information to generate estimates, plans and schedules using InterPlan Systems’ eTaskMaker estimating modules.

InterPlan Systems has released the following updated eTaskMaker estimating modules:

• Air Coolers (Rev.3) – (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions. Also corrected scaffolding dismantling formula, and tasks for chemical foam cleaning of the outside diameter of the tubes.
• Concrete Structure Repairs (Rev.1) – (updated) Improved estimating formulas.
• Control Valves (Rev.7) – (updated) Added tasks for disconnecting/reconnecting steam
  tracing.
• Desalter Feed Water Drum (Rev. 2) – (updated) Added a factor for hazardous environmental conditions. Also corrected scaffolding dismantling formula.
• F.C.C. Reactor (Rev.2) – (updated) Now includes tasks for the installation of a derrick
  crane; also improved refractory repair estimating formulas.
• Heat Exchanger Bundle Tubesheet Cladding – (new) For applying a protective expoxy coating to the tube sheets of a heat exchanger bundle.
• Hot Taps – (new) Install fittings or valves on an operating pipeline.
• Pipe – Field Erection (Rev. 6) – (updated) Re-added tasks for removing blinds that were missing in Rev. 5
• Piping – Flare Line Replacement (Rev. 2) – (updated) Improved estimating formulas.
• Refractory Repairs – (new) Major new module for estimating refractory repairs using inspection report details.
